Dear ahh.biz customer.
You are receiving this 1 time e-mail because you have purchased products from our company in the past 2 years.
We are still in business and we have new phone numbers.
As always you can reach us on our old toll free number:
1-866-458-2559
but we have new local phone numbers:
979-627-6300
979-627-6301
Please make a note of these new numbers, and discard our old phone numbers that are no longer in service.
We were recently forced to migrate our AT&T telephone service from the traditional copper phone lines that served us well for 25+ years, to AT&T's new wireless telephone service, as AT&T and other phone carriers are phasing out copper phone lines and moving all phone services to digital and wireless channels.
In this nearly 12 month long phone migration process we were told several times by AT&T that we could keep our old phone numbers when we migrated to wireless, but we were intentionally or mistakenly misinformed by AT&T
overseas call center workers.
Even worse, the “cut off” for service on the old phone numbers happened at the beginning our our company's annual 2 week summer shutdown / vacation, leaving our customers unable to contact us by phone. When we arrived back from vacation, we had no phone service and had to scramble to forward our phones to the new numbers.
The new phone numbers we were issued by AT&T were supposed to be “temporary” during the migration to test the system, but they were in fact our new phone numbers. AT&T did not even provide messages on the old phone lines to direct people to our new phone numbers, thus the need to send you this e-mail to inform you, our customers of our new phone numbers.
Thank You for your understanding.
AH&H Management.
