Please consider the following:

These grommets are made of heavy brass and Stainless Steel they will not set properly into very thin fabrics without first reinforcing the
 surrounding material by sewing or gluing  Poly Pro webbing 2" webbing will be suitable for most grommets except size 6 and larger which require 3" webbing or a heavy duty fabric such as 1000 D CORDURA® or 20 gauge clear vinyl BEFORE setting the grommets.

Our Grommets are made of Solid Brass or specially heat treated Stainless Steel Grommets and commonly used for heavy fabric , leather, vinyl, rubberized materials and other flexible and semi flexible materials to reinforce a hole in the material desginated to be an anchor point for a tiedown or location to anchor hardware of some sort like hooks or carabiners. Also called Eyelets.
