Grade table cloth vinyl is backed with a non-woven polyester
flannel. The flannel backing gives this material a softer, more
luxurious feel and allows
the material to slip a little bit on the table surface. This
slippage allows the material
to lay flat and prevents the wrinkles that make coffee cups and wine
glasses tip over more
easily and generally making your table setting look sloppy. Cheap,
non embossed, raw
vinyl table cloths without a flannel backing not only feel "tacky",
they simply stick like a
magnet to smooth table surfaces, especially when the slightest bit
of moisture is left on
the table after cleaning. How many times have you had to completely
clear a table to
peel a sticky, raw vinyl table cloth off of a table in order to
smooth out the wrinkles?
More sanitary and convenient than old fabric table cloths. The
special, lightly embossed
texture of the vinyl face of this material provides a level of
traction, but still provides
a smooth, liquid proof and virtually stain proof surface, that wipes
clean easily, with a
damp towel. Resistant to common food service cleaning chemicals
including bleach,
ammonia and de-greasers. Also recommended for decorative coverings,
"low
maintenance" shelf liners and drawer liners. Cut to order in One
