Laser Cutting Setup fee and sample cutting

Laser Cutting of Fabric, Vinyl and other materials. We provide laser cutting services of all the materials we sell that are capable of being laser cut. E-mail us your cutting diagram or a valid SVG file and we can provide you with prototypes for a nominal one-time setup fee and per-sample cut fee.

We offer competitive pricing on production runs of laser cutting after the prototypes / samples are approved. Note that many of our fabrics, vinyls and other textile products can be laser cut, but the edges of the material may exhibit charring or burning which may be unacceptable in some customer applications, so customer approval of samples is required before a production run can be scheduled or even price quoted.

When e-mailing us your cutting design please be sure to indicate what material you want your samples cut from, as not all materials are able to be laser cut. Also, we prefer cutting design files to be sent as SVG files, other file types may not be able to be transferred to our laser cutting machines without data loss or mis-translation.

Setup and sample cutting fees are fully refundable if we are unable to open your cutting file or we are unable to process your cutting design files / drawings, or cut the material specified for any other reason.

Note on Definition of Laser Cutting: burnt / charged edges count as being cut and would not qualify for a refund for inability to process or laser cut. We define cutting as: one piece of material goes in the machine, the laser is applied to it, and afterwards it comes out of the machine in more than one piece.
