General Instructions for submitting diagrams for Custom
Straps

Please Read All
Directions and Notes Below
Before Submitting your
Drawing or Diagrams
Custom Strap Design Ordering Instructions:
1. Enter 1 for quantity and Click on "add to cart"
button, enter your billing information, and submit
your order.
2. Save or print out the order receipt (or remember
The Order Number and our fax number or e-mail
address)
3. Fax or e-mail us your your strap design drawing
and your order receipt or order number.
4. We will evaluate your strap design drawing; if
the design is Viable we will manufacture and ship you
a prototype and provide you with a detailed, written
price quote.
* Please fax legible drawings or
e-mail the
drawings in one of the following formats PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP. If you e-mail your drawings Please
format them so that the file size does not exceed 750 KB
(total). If you fax your diagram be sure that the ink is
dark enough to be legible after faxing.
Please Note: What many people would
consider to be the very best photographs of their
project
normally do not show the detailed information that we
need to produce an accurate reproduction. Additional
fees may be incurred if we need to work from a
photograph that does not display the dimensional
information that we require to manufacture your project.

The $125 deposit is 100%
refundable if we can not make your Straps.
If we can make your straps; the fee will be applied
to your strap order and covers the cost of
evaluating your design drawings, producing a
detailed price quote, tooling up our equipment to
make your strap, manufacturing and shipping your
strap prototype. Additional charges may apply if:

The cost of materials in your
strap design exceeds 25% of the fee.

The design
involves complicated elements or a higher than
average level of accuracy.

Your
drawing or diagram is not clear or does not contain
the required dimensions or details, requiring us to
essentially design the strap for you.

You require
expedited shipping or handling. (we will contact you
if there will be additional charges)
Note: Your order number and
our Fax Number & E-mail address are provided on the
order receipt. Strap Diagrams received without an
order number will not be processed.
In all cases, we will
notify customers before starting any work if there
will be additional charges incurred for design or
prototype manufacture.

We specialize in quick turn-around with
an average lead time of 3,000 straps per business day. We also
accommodate larger orders with greater lead and set-up times. Same
day, Next Day Shipping is available on some orders at additional
cost.
We can custom fabricate nearly any type of
strap using any of the webbing, hardware, grommets, and
components shown on our website. If you don't see the
hardware, webbing or components you need, we can special order
them!
We sew straps on modern Industrial
"walking foot" sewing machines, with Industrial Nylon thread. Thread
types such as Kevlar® , Nomex® and others are available upon
request.
We can also make canvas straps with leather
ends and straps from
most of the fabric we sell, Waterproof vinyl straps, and straps made
from mesh for projects that require air circulation.
Complex designs consisting of multiple
separate component straps that combine to form one unit may be
considered separate straps and separate design fees may be incurred
for each component strap. We will contact you before billing
additional design fees.
Hardware, buckles and specialized rings not listed on our website
can be special ordered with a minimum order, or can be provided by
customers.
Consultation and design fees may be accessed
if your
design is unclear or impractical, and/or if your original
design requires significant re-engineering by our staff. You will be notified if there
will be any design or consultation fees for your project,
before any work is done. We make every attempt to avoid
modifying customers' designs and charging design &
Consultation fees.
