Firefighter's Fabric:
Thermal Protective Ripstop Fabric

This is a truly amazing State-of-the-Art fabric; withstands prolonged direct contact with open flame. You have to see it to believe it.

 This Fabric Exceeds, by 28%; the Minimum Thermal Protective Performance Ratings established by NFPA. This fabric even Beat Dupont's  NOMEX® III  by 14% on the TPP test; conducted by an independent laboratory.

In addition to Thermal Protection, this fabric is woven as a Ripstop Fabric. There is a 9/32" size
 grid work of thick spots woven into this fabric 
that are designed to stop a rip or tear, should 
the fabric be punctured or cut. This design
 minimizes the damage to the fabric when it is
 under heavy abuse.

This Fabric is commonly used to make firefighter's turnout gear (outer jacket and pants) and
 equipment bags. Great for making luggage 
and protective gear for "really hot Vacation Spots"
