Luggage Strap

These distinctly colored Heavy luggage straps
will help keep your suitcases from popping open
during rough handling. The distinct colors will
help you recognize your bags on the airport luggage carousel quickly and easily. Get one or
two for each piece of luggage. Made with our 2" Special Poly-Pro webbing and our Premium Side Release Buckles. Ends of webbing are heat sealed for a neat look and to prevent fraying. Sewn
with a Modified "box stitch" pattern on an
industrial sewing machine with our Super Heavy duty Nylon Thread.

We specialize in quick turn-around with an average lead time of 3,000 straps per business day. We also accommodate larger orders with greater lead and set-up times. Same day, Next Day Shipping is available on some orders at additional cost.
We can custom fabricate nearly any type of strap using any
of the webbing, hardware, grommets, and components shown
on our website. If you don't see the hardware, webbing or
components you need, we can special order them!+
Straps are sewn on modern Industrial "walking foot" sewing machines, with Industrial Nylon thread. Thread types such as Kevlar® , Nomex® and others are available upon request.
Pricing:
If you have a workable Strap diagram that contains
all critical measurements and details of your strap,
(and if we can readily understand it) there are
no design or consultation fees.

* Consultation and Design fees may be accessed IF your
strap design is unclear or impractical, and/or if your original
design requires significant re-engineering by our staff (in order
to ensure that the finished product will perform according to
your stated use). You will be notified if there will be any
design or consultation fees for your project,
before any work is done.
